We offer a unlimited lifetime guarantee with all PB Swiss Tools products.

PB Swiss Tools are conscientiously submitted to various controls regarding defects in material and workmanship, as far as recognizable, beginning with the entry of the raw material, during manufacture and before packing. This enables PB Swiss Tools to give an unlimited lifetime guarantee on all items, as long as they have not become unusable through incorrect application or natural wear and tear.

Defective pieces are replaced free of charge. Any further indemnification is, however, excluded.

To process a warranty claim, please download and complete our Warranty Replacement form (found here). Next, safely package all defective items and send them, along with the completed form, to the address listed on the document. No warranty items will be replaced without a completed form. Please contact us for more information or any questions you might have regarding our warranty returns and replacements procedures.*

Thanks to the marking of all PB Swiss Tools with a serial number, we can trace their manufacture right back to the raw materials.

*Please note that it can take up to 6 weeks to process your warranty request, but they are generally processed the same day we receive them in. As of January 1^st, 2010, all warranty related returns are subject to a standard Processing and Handling fee of $6.75. This fee covers processing and return shipping costs via US Mail. Customers have the option to choose an expedited shipping method with a UPS or FedEx account, but the P&H fee still applies.
