Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

• Orders ship within 24–48 hours Monday–Friday from our Gainesville, GA warehouse.
• Preferred carriers are UPS and FedEx; tracking is included on every shipping confirmation.
• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.
• Back-ordered items are shipped as soon as they're available (typically 4–6 weeks). Partial shipments are available on request — additional shipping charges apply.

Free Shipping Promotion

• Orders with a subtotal over $199.99 (after discounts, before tax/shipping) ship free within the contiguous United States.
• Online orders only — call-in or email orders do not qualify.
• Carrier is selected at the shipper's discretion (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Orders with back-ordered items ship complete; no partial shipments on free-shipping orders.
• Address corrections, item changes, and re-shipments may incur a $12.00 service fee. Free Shipping orders include only the carrier's standard insurance allowance — additional insurance is available on request at the customer's cost.
• Not available for Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations.

International Shipping

International orders are quoted at carrier rates after the order is placed. Customer service will email you a final shipping estimate to approve before the order is processed. The order confirmation you receive online does not include final international shipping charges.

USPS is available as an economical option but is not insurable — by selecting it you accept full responsibility for the shipment. Customs duties, taxes, and country-specific fees are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for items seized or destroyed by your local customs office, and refused shipments billed back to us will be re-charged to you.

Returns

• Return authorization (RMA) is required before sending anything back. Contact us first.
• All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Items must be in new, unused condition with the original invoice/packing slip.
• Returns of saleable products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend insuring the package.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Refunds tied to discounts, gift certificates, or promotions are issued as online store credit.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away with a description (and photos if possible) and we'll make it right.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected only in the state of Georgia, by State and County tax areas, in accordance with applicable law. Shipping and handling are taxable when the items being shipped are taxable.
